Sasha, an employee at the city surveillance center, lives a quiet, isolated life. He has been watching a street dog through the cameras for a long time, and they could have become friends. When some children start throwing stones at the dog, Sasha leaves his observer’s zone and steps into his blind spot, the real world, facing human cruelty, foolishness, and misunderstanding.
