Maryam, the daughter of an employee with a middle-class background, attends a party for prominent businessmen. Maryam borrows a valuable and antique necklace from her colleague to take with her. After the party, they go home and discover that they lost the necklace under mysterious circumstances. They have no choice but to pay its price or go to prison, with a tragic ending.
